🏡 “So, what’s my rate?” The million-dollar question! 😂

I had a borrower consultation last night, and we were going over all the details when the question everyone wants to know came up…

“What’s my interest rate?”

I told him, “If we locked today, your rate would be X%.”

His response? “That’s awesome!” 🙌

He even told me that if rates were in the 8% range, he’d still be good!

He said his dad, bought his home back in the ’80s when mortgage rates were around 15%. 🤯

Here’s my point: NOT every buyer is sitting on the sidelines waiting for rates to drop.

Some buyers are focused on finding the right home, making the numbers work for their budget, and moving forward with their plans.

Is the rate important? Absolutely! But it’s not the ONLY piece of the puzzle.

My job is to help you understand your options, look at the numbers, and figure out what makes sense for YOU. No pressure. Just a plan. ❤️
