He started sending us numbers and calculations right away of what they could potentially approve for us. He worked with the seller and title company seamlessly. He even found us some a down payment loan at 1% and a federal grant to help with home costs. He really knew what we needed and was proactive in getting it for us. We worked mostly through the app and signed everything electronically, eliminating the need for in person meetings. Would definitely recommend Terence and 1st Security Bank
