Details:
Part-time, with potential to grow into full-time
$23–$30/hour DOE

Elaizah has joined us as our Senior Client Accountant, bringing over 10 years of experience supporting growing businesses. She’s stepping into a key leadership role within our accounting team, helping strengthen how we support our clients.

She brings a steady, thoughtful approach to both financial reporting and day-to-day operations. More than that, she helps businesses stay organized, understand what their numbers are telling them, and build systems that support long-term growth.

Behind the scenes, she’s already strengthening how we work so we can support our clients more consistently and proactively. If you're a client, you'll be meeting her soon if you haven't already!

As Clarity continues to grow, this also allows our founder to stay focused on the bigger picture: supporting our team and our clients at a strategic level while ensuring strong, day-to-day financial leadership is in place.

We are so grateful to the incredible Executive Directors who joined us for our recent evening of connection and celebration!

This show hits home for us, and especially for our founder, Tina. As a Mexican-American entrepreneur, Tina sees her family's journey echoed in Carmelita Colón’s powerful story. Carmelita arrived from Mexico in the 1860s, ran a mule train to Idaho’s gold mines, sold tamales, and opened one of Walla Walla’s very first Mexican restaurants. Her grit, creativity, and legacy are a reminder of how deeply culture and entrepreneurship shape our communities.

We’re sharing Carmelita with our Clarity community because it’s more than a play, it’s a celebration of identity, storytelling, and local theater that amplifies voices often left out of the historical record.

The North Olympic Salmon Coalition (NOSC) has spent decades restoring salmon habitats on the North Olympic Peninsula. As one of 14 regional fishery enhancement groups in Washington State, NOSC is deeply committed to habitat restoration, youth and adult education, and fostering community connections to preserve these vital ecosystems.

We spoke with new Executive Director Sarah Doyle, who offered valuable insights into the organization's growth and how Clarity’s partnership goes beyond numbers - we've built a great relationship of trust, mentorship, and lasting impact together. With Clarity’s support, NOSC transitioned from paper to a fully digital accounting system, passed rigorous federal audits, and built a financial foundation that empowers their mission.
