This week, we're recognizing Jim Monti, Owner and Certified Senior Advisor of Oasis Senior Advisors, serving Plymouth, Cape Cod and the Southcoast.

Jim founded Oasis in 2021 after his own family's experience navigating senior living options revealed just how overwhelming the process can be.

Today, Oasis provides complimentary, personalized guidance to families exploring independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing home communities.

Jim's local team helps more than 800 families annually, while Oasis's national network of over 170 advisors assists more than 50,000 families each year.
