Thank you to Paul Collard, New York Life Long-Term Care Consultant, for speaking with Brendon and our advisor team at today's Cornerstone Team Meeting.

Paul shared valuable insight into the importance of long-term care planning and the impact an extended health care event can have on individuals, families, and retirement assets. One of the biggest takeaways was that long-term care planning isn't just about protecting wealth, it's about protecting loved ones from the emotional, physical, and financial burdens that can arise when a plan isn't in place.

The discussion challenged us to consider an important question:

"What's your plan for an extended health care event?"

We appreciate the opportunity to learn strategies that help clients preserve assets, maintain dignity, and lessen the burden on those they love. Thank you again, Paul, for an engaging and thought-provoking presentation.

What a fantastic way to spend the weekend!

Thursday evening started with the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce After Hours event at the beautiful Mirbeau Inn & Spa. It was the perfect summer night to enjoy their gorgeous outdoor space, wonderful hospitality, delicious savory and sweet tastings, and refreshing seasonal cocktails, including a Watermelon Spritz and Lavender Lemonade. A special thank you to General Manager Sheri Thimas and the Mirbeau team for hosting such a lovely event.

Then on Friday, I attended my first Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce Ladies PAR-TEE, and it was also my first time ever on an actual golf course! Who knew it would be so much fun (and, I must admit, a little frustrating at times!)?

I received lots of encouragement from my foursome, and a special thank you to Amy Naples for giving me the nudge to sign up. I think I may have found a new hobby, because I definitely see golf lessons in my future! I'm already looking forward to next year and, hopefully, being a better golfer!

Two beautiful days filled with great people, new experiences, wonderful Chamber connections, and plenty of reasons to be grateful for this amazing community.
