Not only did Bryan get me approved but got me approved for a much nicer house than i ever thought i could get. With it being just myself and my 2 kids and needing a place to live. Brian was kind and patient, made sure i understood every step and knowing what was going on. He made me feel comfortable and confident and reassured me constantly. I am very impressed in the way he handle every sitituation. I greatly appricate everything he has done for me and my family.

I've never met someone who is so helpful yet so knowledgeable about their profession. Mr. Gierczynski helped me understand what it ment to buy a house and all that goes into it , he took his time making sure i understood everything even when i had asked so many questions he would go out of his way to explain it to where I would understand what it ment.
