Some moments are worth celebrating long after the evening comes to an end. 💚

Our 12th Client Appreciation Event was one of those moments.

This year, we were proud to support for the third year in a row. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our clients and partners, we helped raise more than $14,000 for Variety

What makes this event especially meaningful is that it brings together so much of what we value at Leonard Advisory Group: our clients, our partners, our team, and the opportunity to give back to a community that has given us so much.

You might notice someone missing. ❤️ Lex was home sick that night, and we definitely felt her absence. Our team missed having her there, and so did many of our clients who were looking forward to seeing her!

We were so grateful to celebrate alongside the people who make these moments possible.

Today is notification day for the 17th Annual Get Involved! Pittsburgh Service Summit and President Malissa sent out the award notices early this morning. Our Founder, Tom Baker, surprised 2026 Western PA Rising, Yana Leonard, of the Leonard Advisory Group with balloons and chocolate this afternoon. Yana received 3 nominations this year including one that said, "Yana is always looking for ways to get Leonard Advisory Group involved in our community. She has helped organize and support efforts with North Hills Community Outreach’s Spring Cleaning Drive, where our team collected 21 complete bags of cleaning supplies, Variety - the Children's Charity of Pittsburgh, and food drives for Christopher’s Kitchen. Yana helps keep us connected and involved so we can continue giving back and helping our community grow." Congrats Yana!

Meet Kristen and Yana—two members of our team who help make our educational events possible.

Kristen helps plan all of our upcoming events, and Yana leads our TIPS Basics workshops, helping clients learn how to use the True INTENT Planning System (TIPS) Portal with greater confidence and clarity.

We loved hosting our latest TIPS Basics workshop in the office on August 14, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Please join us in welcoming Emily, our First Impressions Specialist, to the Leonard Advisory Group team!

As our First Impressions Specialist, Emily helps create the welcoming and supportive experience that clients can expect from Leonard Advisory Group from the very first conversation.

When she’s not in the office, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking local trails or relaxing on her back porch. She’s also an animal lover and proud caretaker of two rescued guinea pigs, Lewis and Clarke.

We’re excited to have Emily on board and look forward to the positive impact she’ll make for our clients and team. Welcome, Emily!
