In mid-March, we had several days of high winds that impacted many of our policyholders across Ohio and Indiana. We hope everyone affected has been able to start repairing the damage caused by these storms.

As of May 20, 2026, 89% of these claims have been closed, with an average close time of 12 days. Thank you to our agents for supporting our policyholders throughout the process, and to our Claims Department for their efforts to close these claims as quickly and fairly as possible.
