🏠Monday Morning Training - Part/Week 3 -OPEN HOUSES🏡
Attended the training this morning that focused on the importance of an OPEN HOUSE and how to have the best results in having an OPEN HOUSE. An OPEN HOUSE is beneficial to both Sellers and Buyers. One of the key things I shared yesterday was staging your home when getting all prepped to sell. When a Buyer walks through your front door, they subconsciously decide within the first 8 seconds whether that house is a yes or a no. Making sure the entry has great curb appeal, the home overall is clean and presentable and staged to attract as much interest as possible.
The additional marketing of an OPEN HOUSE attracts so much more attention than without.
At Howard Hanna, we continue to take excellent care of our clients! There is always more to learn!
