200th Review with Google! 6 years ago home buyers started doing Google Reviews on their own. Today was a big milestone at 200. With over 1500 reviews out there for Jared Felderman in the past 17 years doing retail(26 in the industry), GOOGLE feels the best. These are clients taking the initiative to do applications online on their own, no call or consultation up front. Not the standard Corp, post close, auto review, that gets sent out. Advice to anyone staring in any industry, GOOGLE has been amazing, set up a GOOGLE business profile. 2-4 buyers see the reviews each month and go online and start the application.
