🌊🎢 Big thrills are coming to Panama City Beach!

Shipwreck Island Waterpark is getting even bigger!

The Panama City Beach City Council has approved a new $5 million waterslide that will stand approximately 50 feet tall on the east side of the park near Hutchison Boulevard.

The project isn't just bringing more fun for visitors. It's also expected to create about 20 new seasonal jobs, continuing to invest in the local community and economy.

Since new ownership took over about a year ago, Shipwreck Island has continued making improvements, and this exciting addition is another step toward enhancing one of Panama City Beach's favorite family attractions.

PCB Market has announced that it will be relocating to a new location. The indoor market, home to more than 100 local vendors and exhibitors each weekend, is actively searching for a new space that can accommodate its growing community.

The good news? The market will remain open at its current location, 7157 US-98, until a new home is secured.

In a statement, PCB Market shared that while the location may change, its mission remains the same: bringing together local businesses, shoppers, visitors, and the community in one place.

If you know of a commercial space that could be a good fit, PCB Market is asking the community to reach out with suggestions.
