TUESDAY TIDBIT: Most popular question and the hardest one to answer in the mortgage world...What are the interest rates? It's hard because there are SO many factors that go into it.

"IF this? IF that? Then it "might" be this." Similarly...if you are traveling and booking a flight, they need to know where you are departing from, where your destination is, what day you are departing and what day you are returning before you get a price.

Yes, I can give you an "estimate" or a "ballpark" but there is no one-size-fits-all mortgage rate.
