Closed early - 12 Business Days from Processing Submission to Closing!

Congratulations to the new homeowner!

This was not an easy one either! An unexpected challenge came up late in the process that could have affected the buyer’s closing.

Our team worked on Sunday to find a solution that did not increase the buyer’s cash to close or monthly payment. Then, our underwriter prioritized the file Monday morning—and we were able to get the buyer closed a full week early!

And many thanks to Deborah Partee, Tiffany Ainsworth and our BOE Mortgage Team for making this happen smoothly and quickly!
