❌ Don’t finance new furniture…the dream couch can wait.
❌ Don’t change jobs without talking to your lender first…even if the new job pays more!
❌ Don’t finance a new car…that shiny new car’s payment could impact your mortgage qualification.

The golden rule? Talk to your lender BEFORE making big financial changes. Your loan approval isn’t the time to surprise us.
