Ryan lives in Kennesaw, Georgia, with his wife, Brittany, and their three children, Emma Grace, Charlotte Faith, and Everette Scott. He’s a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in both Florida and Georgia and truly lives by the motto: Jack of all trades… and, well, master of all. 🙌

Ryan specializes in working with short-term rental investors, with a focus on DSCR and Non-QM financing. But what really sets him apart is that he isn’t just financing investment properties — he’s an investor himself.

Ryan owns and manages short-term rentals (STR) right here in Panama City Beach, giving him firsthand experience with building a successful STR portfolio in our local market.📈
