I am so incredibly happy for this young couple buying their first home. They had a bad experience with someone else at no fault of their own, but in the end it did all work out!

I cannot say enough good things about Lori Zale at Point Mortgage. Buying a home is already stressful, and our journey had more twists and turns than we ever expected. Lori was there for us throughout the entire process.
What really impressed me about Lori was how she handled the situation when we initially decided to go with another lender. Even though we chose a different lender, Lori never burned the bridge or stopped being helpful. She continued to offer her assistance, answer questions, and let us know that she was still available if we needed her.
Unfortunately, the first lender ultimately fell through, putting us in a difficult situation. When we reached back out to Lori, she welcomed us back without hesitation. There was no attitude, no "I told you so," and no making us feel like we had wasted her time. She simply said, in essence, let's get this done.
And she absolutely delivered.
Lori was able to put together a significantly better deal for us and worked extremely hard to get everything back on track. She was professional, patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—she genuinely cared about getting us into our home.
She took the time to explain the numbers, answer all of our questions, work through the changes, and keep us informed throughout the process. Even when things got complicated, Lori remained calm and continued working toward a solution.
The way Lori handled our situation says a lot about the kind of person and professional she is. She could have easily moved on when we chose another lender, but she continued to be there for us. When we needed her, she welcomed us back and went above and beyond to make it happen.
Thanks to Lori and Point Mortgage, we are officially homeowners! 🏡🔑
