Guys, with rates in the sixes right now. I'm sure that you're getting a lot of calls from these soulless mortgage companies that are just looking to keep their numbers high. I think we may all know them. Heck I have even worked with some of them. They don't really care about you. They only care about the numbers that they're pushing through and the money that they're making. Please make sure that you choose to work with someone that cares. Someone who is in your corner and trying to help you reach your goals.

Even though rates may be lower now than they have been in quite a while, my recommendation to you is to still HOLD TIGHT! I think rates will be getting much better in the future and my intention for you is that you maximize your savings by taking advantage at the right time. What an absolute honor it is to work in a field where we help people achieve one of the major dreams in their life. Not all lenders are equal. Their previous lender had the file for 45 days and did nothing but sabotage the borrowers. In a situation where the earnest money was in Jeopardy and their dream of home ownership, we came to the rescue and got it done for them.
