I've had several clients go under contract in the last few days and several more in refinance transactions.
And it got me thinking about all the talk right now…

“But in THIS market?”
“With THESE interest rates?”
“People are actually buying right now?”

Yes. They are.

And here’s what I wish more people understood:

Don’t let the headlines scare you out of buying a home.

Interest rates are important. Of course they are. But they’re only one piece of the puzzle.

When you have the right Realtor and the right Lender working together, there are often strategies that can make a deal work that you may have assumed was completely out of reach.

The goal isn’t to say, “Here’s the house you can afford. Take it or leave it.”

The goal is to figure out:

How do we get you into the HOME YOU REALLY WANT while keeping your payment where you’re comfortable?

Sometimes that takes a little creativity. Sometimes it means looking at the numbers differently. And sometimes it means the Realtor and Lender putting their heads together and figuring out a strategy that works.

Before you say, “We’re just going to wait,” or “We can’t afford the house we really want,”…

Talk to the people who know how to put the deal together. Don’t make that decision before you know what’s actually possible.

More often than not, the home you REALLY want may be more attainable than you think. 🏡

Don’t let the headlines make the decision for you. Get the numbers, explore your options, and then decide.

I have access to multiple down-payment assistance loan options- not just one program. That means I can look at the available options and help determine which program may be a good fit for the borrower’s individual situation and goals, rather than trying to make every borrower fit into the same loan.

And that’s exactly what we did here! 🎉
