Being in the mortgage industry, I understand that all situations are unique. If anyone has questions on rent vs. buying, I’d love to help out. Even if it’s just a general inquiry on what is required to purchase a home or could you qualify for down payment assistance. I’ve seen how high rentals can be and how devastating it can be to one that is trying to make sure they have a safe place - to only be turned away because they don’t make 3x the amount what rent is. Or that they don’t have a high enough credit score to purchase. It’s crushing.

What I love the most though…. Is educating someone on the process from beginning to end. Bringing a positive energy and ending to a stressful and HUGE financial decision.

The only questions that are unanswered are the ones that you’re too scared to ask.
