Though I've had mortgages through three other lenders and did not have near the difficulty in documentation requirements for approval. The qualifications and redundant documentation request from Coastal Loans was a nightmare and gave my wife and I anxiety about closing to the day of. Now that we have closed, I still check my phone continuously to make sure there isn't some "catch" or additional documents needed.
