Most people assume they need to be here in person for the process to move forward.

The biggest mistake you can make is assuming you won’t qualify before you even ask.

Mortgage guidelines aren’t one-size-fits-all. Your income, credit, down payment, employment and long-term goals can completely change which options make sense for you.
