Earlier this year, a client was referred to me who couldn’t get qualified. She had just finished a divorce, and her credit scores were too low to move forward.
I gave her a plan to work on her credit, and she put in the work as a result her scores improved.
Recently, she found a house she loved, but lost it in a bidding war. (It happens.) She stayed the course, found a home that was an even better fit, and went under contract. Her realtor negotiated a seller credit, and I guided her through the moving parts to keep the process simple and the closing smooth.
Her family stepped in with a gift, and at closing she only needed less than $1,000 to get the keys to her new home. If this story hits home for you reach out anytime for guidance.
This is why I love what I do — helping someone who didn’t qualify become a homeowner. I always tell clients: “It’s never a no, it’s a when.”
I pride myself on being a Trusted Advisor from that first phone call all the way to the closing table. 🔑
