Success is important, but being there for the people you love is priceless.
Parent-teacher conferences are easily some of my favorite appointments on the calendar. Camila is doing an outstanding job in math, and Faith's excitement as she learns to read is something I'll never take for granted.
These moments remind me that leadership doesn't begin in the office. It begins at home.
As a financial advisor, I spend my days helping families plan for the future, build stability, and stay focused on what matters most. But the values that guide those conversations are reinforced every day by my own family: faith, commitment, patience, and being present for the people you love.
The emails are important. The market analysis matters. But great leaders learn that not everything requires their personal attention at every moment. Some things can be delegated. Time with family cannot.
Success isn't just measured by assets under management or professional milestones. It's measured by the relationships we nurture, the example we set, and the memories we create along the way.
