He kept us informed throughout the loan and we never had to worry about our status or if anything was needed from us.
Erin was super communicative whenever there was an update or when the underwriters needed anything. I really appreciate how well she kept us in the loop the entire time.
Any time I had a question, it was answered clearly and quickly! As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of worries going into this but thanks to this team this was an insanely stress-free transaction from day one all the way through closing. Thanks everyone, I appreciate you!

I have worked with mortgage advisors in the past who state they are "doing everything they can or giving you the best deal possible" but it never truly felt that way. With Dylan we ended the process not just feeling as if we were taken care of and getting the best service possible but knowning exactly that happened.
