When I took on an internship with First National Bank, I knew I was going to take a different path. Early on, I began helping customers as a teller and then transitioned to a personal banker. In that role, I sought a new challenge where I could further help people, and with some encouragement and insights from a customer who was a realtor, my Mortgage Loan Officer career took flight. Some of my fa

vorite memories as a Mortgage Loan Officer include seeing buyers well up with tears of happiness because they've finally accomplished their American dream. I also enjoy helping my clients with the purchase of their second or third home; meeting them when they’re just starting out and then helping them secure a home with extra space for their kids is so rewarding. When I’m not helping clients with any of their needs, I spend as much time as possible with my six nieces and nephews. And while this career is very challenging, as no two home purchases are alike, it keeps me on my toes and lets me learn something new every day! To help ensure a positive experience for our mortgage customers, my Loan Officer Assistant, Alison Flohr, is here to support the entire process. Choosing to start her career in the mortgage industry, she loves working with customers to ensure a smooth and easy process every time.
