Please join us in welcoming Jacob Cromer to our team as Lending Manager! 🤝
Jacob is from Jackson County, and is a 2016 graduate of East Jackson High School.
Previously, Jacob worked at another credit union as a head teller before moving into the role of Financial Service Officer, where he spent 5 years. Although he still did the work we see our MSRs do, he also worked heavily in lending. 🏦
Jacob has 2 kids, Olivia (3 years) and Ellie (10 months.) 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
Outside of LFCU, Jacob enjoys going to UGA games (He and his wife are big fans of the dawgs,) going camping, hiking and fishing. 🏈

Meet Nikki! ⚓️
Nikki began serving our members at Lanier FCU in 2023, and has become well known for her kindness both in person at the Jefferson branch, and over the phone across our service area. 🗺️
Nikki is from Hall County, where she graduated mid-pandemic from East Hall High School. Now, she’s pursuing a degree from Lanier Tech in Business Technology and is already applying her education right here at LFCU. 🎓️
Before joining our team, Nikki worked as a coordinator for Marshall’s, helping stock, unload trucks and more. The opening of the Jefferson branch was the big start to Nikki’s career with Lanier FCU, and although we started small, she’s helped foster member growth every step of the journey.🛟
Doing something different every day is a big part of Nikki’s passion for her work, and through her role, she’s been able to adapt and help members in many different ways. “I truly love helping our members and truly care for them. If there’s anything I can do to make anyone’s financial life easier, that’s what I’m here for.” 🧡
Outside of Lanier, Nikki always has a book in her hand, or is spending quality time at home with her husband, Jesse.👫
AnaKaren, Senior MSR at the Jefferson branch, highlighted Nikki’s exceptional member service. “She’s a good asset to Lanier, and a fast learner. She’s great with members and she treats everyone as family. When you think of the Jefferson branch, you can’t imagine it without Nikki.” 💙
