If you have a Marketplace/Georgia Access health insurance plan and your income changes during the year, it’s really important to update your application as soon as possible.

Changes in income can affect:
✔️ your monthly subsidy
✔️ what you owe at tax time
✔️ eligibility for certain plans

A lot of people don’t realize this until tax season rolls around, and we’d much rather help you fix it now than deal with surprises later 😅

Carmen has officially been with our agency for 3 years, and we honestly don’t know how she does it all. Between working at a local school, helping with marketing, serving clients, and always being willing to jump in and help wherever needed, she stays BUSY… and somehow still does it all with a smile. 👏

She brings so much heart, kindness, and dedication to our team, and our clients absolutely adore her. We are so thankful for everything she does behind the scenes and out in the community.

In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closed on Monday as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Today is more than just a long weekend. It’s a reminder that freedom came at a cost carried by families, sacrifice, and heroes who never made it home. ❤️🤍💙

We are deeply grateful for those who served, those we’ve lost, and the families who continue to carry their memory forward.

We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend. We will reopen Tuesday during normal business hours.

Lexie isn’t just another graduating senior to us, she’s been part of our chosen family from the very beginning. The Insurance Source has had the privilege of watching her grow up over the years, and it’s hard to believe it’s already time to send her off to the next chapter. 🥹

☀️ What’s Happening Wednesday ☀️

It’s officially the end-of-school-year chaos season over here 😂🎓

With graduations, award days, field trips, and all the kid celebrations happening, our office hours may look a little different over the next couple of weeks while we cheer our kiddos on. 💙

We are still here and working, but response times may be a little slower at times while we balance both family and office life.

We’re celebrating Cierrah today for hitting her ONE year with us! 🎉

It’s been so fun watching her grow this past year. She started at the front desk and has worked her way into becoming Robin’s assistant, and she’s done it all with such a great attitude.

If you know Cierrah, you know how thoughtful she is. She somehow remembers what everyone orders from every restaurant without ever writing it down, which pretty much sums her up. She pays attention to the little things and really cares about the people around her. She a great co-worker, friend, and mom!

We’re so lucky to have her on our team and so proud of how far she’s come already.

✨Spring/Summer Seasonal Hours Update ✨

Starting March 30th through July 31st, we’ll be shifting into our spring/summer seasonal hours here at The Insurance Source!

🕘 Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🚪 Friday: Closed

This time of year is a little quieter for us, and instead of just “coasting,” we’re using it intentionally.

We’re giving our team the space to:
💙 Spend more time with their families
💙 Reset and take care of their mental health
💙 Focus on training, growth, and getting even better at what we do

Why? Because when fall enrollment hits… it’s game time!

And we want a team that is rested, sharp, and ready to take care of YOU at the highest level possible!

We’re still here, still working, and still just a call away during business hours. Just with a little more balance built in 😊
