Well, AEP 2026 came in HOT! 😂🔥

System glitches? ✅
Software crashes? ✅
Technology testing every ounce of our patience? ✅✅✅

Apparently, nobody told the computers we had a BIG day planned! 🤦‍♀️🤣

But even with all the chaos, we ended today with full hearts! ❤️

We seriously have the BEST clients! 🥹

We opened our early review schedule first to our VIP clients who completed their Medicare Questionnaire online last year, and now we’re opening the final few spots! ❤️
📋 October 1–14 is REVIEW time. We’ll review your current coverage against your 2027 options, then follow up by phone to discuss whether a change may be needed.
We’re reviewing questionnaires in the order they’re received, so the sooner you submit yours, the sooner we can get started! 🙌

Why do I have to complete this EVERY year? 🤔
We get this question a lot, so we want to explain why we ask you to update your Medicare questionnaire before we review your coverage. 💙
First, we promise it’s easier than it sounds!
Our RetireFlo questionnaire is:
- Less than 10 questions
- Typically takes less than 3 minutes
- Designed to be easy, even if technology isn’t your favorite thing
- Able to auto-fill medication names, so you don’t have to figure out how to spell them!
But here’s the really important part...
Your information can change from year to year.
You may have a new doctor. A medication may have changed. Your dosage could be different. Maybe you stopped taking something or started seeing a specialist.
And Medicare plans change too.
When you submit your updated questionnaire, that information syncs directly with the software we use to compare Medicare plans. That means we can use your CURRENT doctors and medications when reviewing your options side by side.
Without updated information, we cannot accurately verify things like:
🩺 Is your doctor in network?
💊 Is your medication covered?
💰 What will your prescriptions cost?
🏥 Does the plan work with the providers you actually use?
That’s why we don't want to rely on the information you gave us last year. We want to review your Medicare options using your current information.
You’ll also complete your Scope of Appointment as part of the process, which is required before certain Medicare sales appointments.
And what happens after you hit submit?
That’s when we get to work. 🙌
Your information comes to us and connects with our quoting process so our team can review your doctors, medications and available Medicare options before your appointment.
So when you sit down with us, we can spend less time gathering information and more time talking about what actually matters: your coverage for the upcoming year.
