🚨 SCAM ALERT — PLEASE READ & SHARE 🚨

We want to make our clients aware of a scam that is currently being attempted using the name of a well-known insurance company.

Today, I received a voicemail from someone claiming to represent AAA Insurance regarding an “uninsured accident.” The caller stated that my driver’s license was going to be suspended unless I contacted them to resolve the situation.

Thankfully, they happened to call a seasoned insurance agent. 😅

I had already received a suspicious letter regarding this same supposed claim and knew something wasn’t adding up. When I called back and began asking detailed insurance and claims questions, the caller quickly realized I wasn’t going to fall for it, said “have a good day,” and hung up.

⚠️ Please remember: Scammers often use fear and urgency to get you to act before you have time to think.

Never provide your Social Security number, driver’s license information, policy information, banking details, or payment information to an unexpected caller.

If someone contacts you claiming there is an insurance claim, suspended license, collection, or other urgent issue, do not rely on the phone number they provide. Contact your insurance carrier or agent directly using a verified number.

And if you’re one of our clients and ever receive a call, letter, text, or email that doesn’t feel right — send it to us or call our office before responding. We are always happy to help you verify whether it is legitimate.

There’s just something about seeing the office full, everyone working, helping clients, learning, laughing and doing their thing.

I’ve worked really hard to grow this agency, and getting to this point definitely didn’t happen overnight. So moments like this make me stop and appreciate how far we’ve come.

I’m so grateful for this team and the energy everyone brings. We’re growing, we’re learning, we’re figuring things out as we go 😂 and we’re building something really good together.

One of my favorite things about working with small business owners is getting to watch their businesses grow. ❤️

When Brittnie and Saucin’ It Up Fried Chicken first became clients of our agency, they were serving their food at farmers markets, pop-ups and local events. Fast forward to today… they’ve now celebrated ONE YEAR in their own Modesto location! 🎉🐔

I recently got to sit down with Brittnie and review how much their business has changed since those early days. As businesses grow, their insurance needs grow too, so we went through their current coverage, made some updates and talked about additional protection for the business and their employees.

And can we just acknowledge how cool it is to watch someone go from setting up at local events to having employees and a storefront of their own?! 👏🏼

Brittnie and Damian have been building Saucin’ It Up since 2019, and if you haven’t tried them yet, you are missing out. They’re known for their crispy fried chicken, loaded wedges and an entire lineup of house-made dipping sauces — and YES, the sauces are a very important part of the experience. 😂🔥

Don’t even get me started on them because I could probably make an entire post just about my favorites.

I absolutely love getting to insure businesses like this because I’m not just seeing a policy — I’m getting a front-row seat to someone’s dream turning into something bigger.
