Happy Father’s Day to the incredible men who have helped shape our lives. ❤️

Tomorrow we celebrate the dads, husbands, and father figures who lead with love, provide strength, offer guidance, and show up for their families day after day.

From our own fathers who raised us, to the husbands who love and lead our families so well, we are beyond grateful for the examples you’ve set and the sacrifices you’ve made.

Growth isn’t always glamorous, but it’s worth it.

It’s been a busy—but incredibly exciting—week at the Ingrid Hallam Insurance Agency.

Since coming back from the conference, I’ve been full of ideas and focused on putting them into action. We’ve been evaluating our phone system, finding better ways to integrate it with our existing technology, exploring how AI can help us work smarter, and streamlining our quoting process so we can serve our clients faster.

I’ve also been taking a hard look at the systems we already have and asking, “How can we use these to their fullest potential?”

Every hour I’ve spent working on these projects has been for one reason: to create a better experience for our clients.

I’ll be honest—it’s overwhelming at times. Building something better while still running the day-to-day isn’t easy. But I can also feel that we’re on the edge of something really special.

There’s a big difference between having a job and building a business. I think I’m finally stepping into that season. Some may wonder why it didn’t happen sooner, but I’ve learned that there truly is a season for everything. This is mine.

It’s exhausting. It’s challenging. It’s exciting.

And I can’t wait to show you what’s coming next. ❤️

Look who we found at the TWFG Conference… FLO from Progressive! 😆

Of course, we had to stop by the Progressive booth and snap a few photos. But more importantly, we had to tell them how much we appreciate working with them.

Day 2 at the TWFG Conference was a busy one!

One of my favorite parts of the day was getting to connect with other agents and pick their brains about what’s working in their agencies. There is so much value in learning from one another and sharing ideas that help us better serve our clients.

We also had the opportunity to spend time with many of our insurance carrier partners. Those conversations are always valuable—not only for asking questions and gaining insights, but also for building stronger relationships with the people who help us take care of our clients every day.

A special highlight was watching Wendy meet Gordy Bunch, our CEO. One thing I’ve always appreciated about Gordy is how down-to-earth and approachable he is. No matter how much TWFG continues to grow, he always takes the time to say hello and connect with people.

With so many changes happening in the captive insurance world, I can honestly say I am incredibly grateful to be part of the independent channel and to represent a company that continues to grow, innovate, and support its agents.

I’m also really enjoying this experience with Wendy. It’s been so much fun introducing her to people, watching her build relationships, and getting to share this journey together.

A huge thank you to all of the exhibitors who showed up today and to the entire TWFG staff who have been putting in long hours behind the scenes to make this event possible. We see you, and we appreciate you!

📣 Conference Shout-Out! 📣

While Wendy and I are in The Woodlands attending the TWFG Annual Conference, we want to take a moment to recognize someone who is holding down the fort back home… Mikayla! 👏

Running an insurance agency takes teamwork, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and support she provides our clients every day. From answering calls and helping customers to keeping things organized while we’re away, she has stepped up in a big way.

Thank you, Mikayla, for being dependable, hardworking, and always willing to help wherever needed. We appreciate everything you do for our agency and our clients.

A little late, but too important to miss…

On May 27th, Wendy celebrated her one-year anniversary with our agency. 🎉

When Wendy joined us, she stepped into something completely new and embraced every challenge with a willingness to learn, grow, and serve others. Over the last year, I’ve watched her become someone our clients trust, our team relies on, and our agency is better because of.

Many of you know Wendy because you’ve spoken with her on the phone, worked with her on your policies, or met her in person. What you may not see is the heart behind the scenes. She genuinely cares about people, works hard, and consistently shows up with kindness, integrity, and a desire to help.

Personally, I’m incredibly grateful that she’s not only part of our agency, but part of our family. Watching her grow professionally this past year has been such a blessing.
