Your credit score could be costing you more on your mortgage… but it doesn’t always have to. 🏡💰

With many traditional loan programs, a lower credit score can mean pricing adjustments and a higher interest rate.

But our portfolio program has no credit score pricing adjustments with scores as low as 620. That means you may be able to get the same rate as someone with excellent credit.

Don’t assume your credit score automatically means a bad mortgage rate.

A lot of people assume that once they claim Social Security, that monthly check is theirs no matter how much they earn at work.

That’s not always the case. 👀

If you claim before full retirement age and continue working, Social Security has an earnings limit. Earn above it, and part—or potentially a significant amount—of your benefits can be temporarily withheld.

In this video, I break down a simple example of someone earning $50,000/year while collecting Social Security at 62 so you can see how the numbers work.

And here’s the part people often miss: withheld benefits aren’t necessarily “lost forever.” Your benefit is recalculated when you reach full retirement age.
