NAR settlement update!

Attention Realtor partners, builders, and prospective homebuyers! The latest on the NAR settlement and its impact on mortgage financing:

On April 15th, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA all reinforced current policies of allowing customary seller-paid fees or costs to not be subject to interested party contributions; this includes the sellers or seller’s agents paying buyer’s agent commissions. All agencies will continue to monitor the real estate marketplace for potential impacts to current policies.
