Late congrats to Kevin and Sara on their purchase of their new home last week! 🔑 The closing dates on their sale and their purchase didn’t quite line up so there was a bit of chaos in the move and temp housing but they totally rolled with it like it was no big deal. We were able to help them with the buyers financing on their sale and the purchase of their new one and they were great! Go on the offensive with HHT and let us tackle your preapproval needs before you start home shopping! 🏈 We had three preapprovals come out of underwriting today who had hurdles to address for a smooth closing later. We worked closely with our underwriters to gather the necessary items to ensure a solid approval for these families before they are under contract and under stress through the whole process. It takes a couple of extra days to do it right but it is so worth avoiding a train wreck for all involved later on. We value the realtors’ time and the sellers peace of mind so we take our prequalifications and preapprovals very seriously. Don’t rely on a 4th quarter Hail Mary with another lender, come join our huddle and be prepared for a win! 🏆🙌🏼

Happy Closing Day to Tristen yesterday on his first home purchase! We worked together for a couple of months to raise his credit score and get him fully approved in underwriting before ever looking at houses as we had some hurdles to clear to be safe. He definitely questioned whether or not I could pull it off and to that I say “TOLD YA SO!!” 😎🤣😜
He has worked so hard this last year to be ready for such a big step and also questioned if it was meant for him now or not. This is definitely his time and I could not be prouder of him and all he has accomplished. Thanks to his realtor Niki Grider for finding him a great first house! Welcome home my friend! 💚🦄🏠💲
