She’s arrived!! Please welcome our new Assistant Chief Barketing Officer, Lola (aka Biscuit)! 🎉🐾

Lola has officially joined the team and is ready to get to work. Well... sort of. 😊 She's currently catching up on a few important responsibilities, including naps, snack breaks, squirrel surveillance, and quality control inspections of all available dog treats.

Please be patient as she settles into her new role. While she may not be answering emails just yet, she's already excelling at boosting morale, spreading smiles, and reminding us all to slow down and enjoy the little things.

Oh, and please be patient with Maize and the rest of the team....they are exhausted chasing Lola around the office!

One of my favorite quotes from Dolly Parton is:

“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”

Simple. Powerful.

We spend so much time trying to become the person we think others expect us to be. We try to fit the mold, say the “right” things, and sometimes even hide the parts of ourselves that make us different.

But Dolly didn’t do that.

She embraced who she was — her voice, her style, her personality, her values — and built a remarkable career by staying true to herself.

That’s a lesson for all of us to learn and pass on.

Authenticity doesn't mean being perfect. It means being real.
It means knowing who you are, understanding what you bring to the table, having the courage to speak in your own voice, and creating space for others to do the same.

This is something I will continue to keep front and center in my life:

Find out who you are. Own who you are. And do it on purpose.

No matter how hard it is to hold the line.
