Here are a few tips to help keep your home bed bug-free:
✔️ Inspect hotel mattresses, headboards, and bedding when traveling.
✔️ Keep luggage off beds and upholstered furniture.
✔️ Wash and dry clothing on high heat after returning from trips or camp.
✔️ Check secondhand furniture carefully before bringing it indoors.

With our new Costco finally in town, we're pretty sure half of New Braunfels is celebrating already.
There are only a few things in life you can count on:

It's practically a Texas law at this point.

Big news from Texas Mutual Insurance Company! They’re returning $300 million in dividends back to qualifying workers’ compensation policyholders across Texas.

A week ago today, we said goodbye to Carroll "Udo" Hoffmann.

Udo was more than a friend to our agency—he was a pillar of the New Braunfels community. His unwavering dedication, generosity, and genuine love for the people of this town left a lasting mark that will not be forgotten.

He was also a mentor, a guide, and a foundational influence to our Agency Owner, David Huddleston. Without Udo Hoffmann, Huddleston & Company simply would not exist. For that, we are forever grateful.

Udo’s legacy lives on not only in the community he cared so deeply for, but in the countless lives he impacted along the way—including ours.

We extend our deepest condolences to the Hoffmann family. He will be profoundly missed and always remembered

Carroll Udo Hoffmann was born in New Braunfels, Texas on July 9, 1931, to Adolph and Valesca Haecker Hoffmann. He entered into eternal rest on May 6, 2026. He was 94 years old. He grew up in New Braunfels, when the town was much smaller and everybody knew everybody. The
