Our experience was not going great with the last agent that was helping us Kelly Hunt, we felt like we were getting crumbs of service and we were bothersome to an agent that was supposed to be working to help us. Heather came in , assess where we were, immediately got to working with very intentional effort in our loan and we felt like we were a priority to her. We were very close to walking away from Silverton Mortgage and she made us rethink that decision. Her customer service and attention to detail, initiative and communication was simply above reproach. Heather and Dawn were great to deal with. They ensured that they were as proactive as possible in order to close as soon as the county approved the occupancy permit.
