Legendary Mortgage: A Year in Review
2024 was an incredible year for Legendary Mortgage, full of challenges, growth, and laying the groundwork for an exciting future. Starting a new mortgage brand in one of the most difficult markets we've seen wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. With $56,355,450 in total loan volume closed during our first year, we’ve proven that resilience, vision, and teamwork make all the difference.
We didnt start the year with all the faces that we now have on the team but we are excited they are here and excited for the new ones that will be joining us in the future!
Launching a brand-new company during a shifting market and higher rates came with its share of hurdles, but thanks to focused leadership, innovative technology, and streamlined operations, we have positioned ourselves for exponential growth in 2025 while still maintaining competitve pricing. Our Condo Lending Suite, featuring a cutting-edge condo map, is setting us apart as we lean into niche markets, and the support of our parent company, Lower LLC, has been a key piece of our success.
Our team has been nothing short of amazing this year:
- Mike Fitzpatrick, our founder, whose vision and relentlessness to make things better daily have laid the foundation for what Legendary Mortgage is today and will become in the future.
- Jenny King, newly promoted to Sales Training, is holding the sales team accountable, providing advice and support will be driving loan officers growth for years to come.
- Ben Ross, newly promoted to his role as Director of Recruiting, will be helping the brand scale but also support branch managers in scaling their branches as well.
- Dan Dickson, leading our Reverse Department, is driving innovation and growth in a segment of business that comes with massive amounts of objections. He handles them with poise and grace every single time.
Also we couldn’t be prouder to launch our Spanish-speaking division a few short months ago, which is already thriving and making a huge impact in their community.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible support from our team, partners, and clients. Together, we’ve built a firm foundation that will lead to massive growth in 2025 and beyond.
