It starts with Sales making the connections, showing up every day committed to real communication, true partnership, and most of all, integrity. That foundation is what makes everything else possible.

38 families helped | $12.5M funded 🎉

This wasn't a soft month. It took some digging in and staying focused, and this team showed exactly what it's made of.

Our Ops staff, as always, was the true backbone of this entire operation. Behind every closing, every deadline, every file that felt impossible, they were there making it happen. 🙌

Our Non QM Queen Amy did her thing over and over again this month, because when the deals get tricky, she's who we send in. 👑

Alexa, Deanna and Aaron gave our clients nothing but excellence, every single conversation along the way. And Jordan and Nichole made sure everything crossed the finish line, no exceptions.

Sales and Ops worked hand in hand all month long, the way it's supposed to look. Staying in it, working through it, and coming out on top, that's just who this team is.
