Seth Conley Becomes “Mortgage Seth"
Northern California native and Mountain
House resident, Seth Conley,
is very pleased to announce his new
position as a Branch Manager and Team Leader and provides all types of mortgage products for buying, refinancing,
investing and home equity conversion
including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional
and Jumbo loans.
“After completing my MBA in New York I found a gre
at fit with a local mortgage company that
was growing quickly and needed branch manager in the Tracy area” he said. “I discovered that I had a real passion and expertise in helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership through complex financing solutions.”
Prior to the mortgage industry, Seth was in the US Navy for 10 years. During
that time, he served as an engineer on a nuclear submarine, and an instructor
at a Navy Nuclear Training Facility in New York. “I also started an energy
trading firm and ran that for 8 years,” he added.
“I moved back to California in 2007 and worked for a non profit and then in
the internet technology field in Silicon Valley.”
Born in Burlingame, just south of San Francisco, Seth moved to Modesto in
High School.
“After graduating high school I joined the Navy, where I had a very rewarding
10 year career. While in the Navy I was able to complete all of my college
with a BS in Human Resource Management and a MBA from the University
at Albany in NY,” he stated. “Having an engineering background combined
with my college degrees in business has been a great combination that has
served me well through my diverse professional career.”
Seth’s accomplishments have been numerous. “My ability to overcome any
obstacle to achieve my goals is my strongest characteristic,” he stated when
pressed. “This has been demonstrated in a successful military career, followed
by the startup of two successful businesses.”
Seth has experience
in home financing going back to 2005. Together, they have found
a home here in Mountain House. “We have lived in Mountain House with
our six (6) children since 2015, and are so happy to have found this wonderful
town to raise our family. We participate in many local activities and Jeannie was the
President of the Altamont Elementary PTA where four of our children are
students,” he added.
“I am looking forward to serving the growing local community as a trusted
resource for all of their home financing needs,” he stated proudly. “From this
day on I will be known as “MORTGAGE SETH’,” he said with a wry grin. Contact Seth through his website: www.mortgageSeth.com, phone: 408-
