📈 Active listings across Northwest MLS were up 16.4% year-over-year in June, giving buyers more homes to choose from.

🌲 Skagit County really stood out, with inventory jumping 37.1% from last year—one of the largest increases in the entire NWMLS region!

And even with more homes available, the market kept moving: closed sales were up 10.2% from May to June. 🔑

A Washington State Licensed Limited Practice Officer (LPO) with a strong background in escrow, Katie brings decades of knowledge, experience, and commitment to our team and the clients we serve.

As a second-generation member of our family business, Katie has proudly carried forward the legacy her father began, honoring the values he built the company on while helping lead Guardian Northwest into the future.

Today, we remember and celebrate Sarah Johnson...a true legend in our escrow community.
For many years, Sarah was a trusted escrow closer at Guardian NW Title & Escrow, where she built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and an unmatched knowledge of the escrow process. She generously shared that knowledge, mentoring and training countless professionals who carry her lessons forward every day.

Sarah will always be remembered for her spunky attitude, her sassy wardrobe, and, of course, those infamous red boots that perfectly matched her vibrant personality. She brought laughter, confidence, and heart wherever she went, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
