Judd & Black Appliance is a locally owned, third-generation, family-operated independent appliance company with six locations serving Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and San Juan Counties. Like many local businesses, they’ve navigated a meaningful journey to get to where they are today.

As their trusted commercial lender, we were proud to help make the next chapter possible by providing the financing for their newest distribution warehouse in Mount Vernon. Located just off I 5 on Blackburn Road, this 48,000-square-foot metal building will support appliance storage, incoming deliveries, and shared space for the company’s continued growth. The project was completed in just 11 months by Chad Fisher Construction Group, a second-generation, family-operated construction company.

It doesn’t get more local than a legacy local business, builder, and lender working together to get the job done. Located right next to our administrative office, this was a fun project for our team to watch come to life. Congratulations to Judd & Black on their newest addition!
