Screens are a part of our everyday lives. Here are some tips for protecting our eyes while staying connected:
1. Keep screens an arm's length away.
2. Lower the brightness setting.
3. Reduce the glare by using a matte screen filter.
4. Follow the 20-20-20 rule. (Look at an object 20ft away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes)
5. Reduce screen time one to two hours before bedtime.
