FROM THE DESK OF RYAN ATKINSON: Happy New Year Friends!

Notes for our January Newsletter 2026:

1. Current Clients: Our existing customers will always have priority when its comes to new service requests during the day. As an independent agency, we pride ourselves on handling your calls on the same business day with your best interests in mind.

2. Past Clients: If you were a past client of ours from 2019 to 2026 - we sincerely thank you for trusting us with your insurance business for the time you spent with our agency. If you would ever like to talk with us again, you may be surprised that insurance premiums and discounts do change over time.

3. New Clients: I've been in sales since I was a teenager and sometimes I feel like I've talked to every person in the Metro Detroit area at least once. If you know someone who might be paying too much for auto or home insurance please let them know where to find us! When the numbers make sense, it feels great to put a deal together for the people we know and care about.

4. Referral Partners: Over the years we have established a large network of referral partners that include our friends in real estate, property management, mortgages, and contractors that have helped us grow our book of business. We are so grateful for all of you and hope that the feeling is mutual. If you are in sales or maybe you're another insurance agent that needs help getting a deal done - I would love to be your first phone call when the that opportunity hits your desk, think of me!!

5. Business Owners: From small local offices to new building contractors, we provide General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation policies that are customized to your specific needs. Our team understands commercial risks and we have these conversations every single day.

6: Social Media: We really try to stay active online for our followers but it gets busy sometimes - its nothing personal! Maybe one day when we hit $10 Million we can hire someone to make these posts for us.

Until then, we are ready for another year ahead of helping your families protect what matters most. Let's make it a good one!
