Today marks a major milestone in our agency's journey.

For the first time in our 16-year history, we've added an Agency Sales Director to our leadership team, and I couldn't be more excited to welcome Larry Bowser to the Radabaugh Agency family!

Larry and I first worked together 20 years ago. Back then, neither of us could have imagined that one day we'd be working together again decades later to help lead and grow an agency that's now serving thousands of families across our community.

As our new Agency Sales Director, Larry will play a key role in developing our sales team, improving the customer experience, and helping us continue the incredible growth we've experienced over the past several years.

This isn't just about adding a new team member. It's about investing in our people, our customers, and the future of our agency.

When I started this agency 16 years ago, I had a vision of building something special. We've done that, but there's so much more that we'll do in the future Today is another big step toward the ongoing growth within that vision.
