🎉 CELEBRATING TWO WELL-DESERVED PROMOTIONS AT BOYCE & ASSOCIATES! 🎉
It’s been an incredibly busy year at Boyce & Associates! With continued growth and the acquisition of our new agency in December 2025, our team has taken on new challenges, new responsibilities, and new opportunities.
Along the way, we’ve had two very well-deserved promotions that we’re excited to officially celebrate!
👏 Kaitlin Pearce — Service Manager
Kaitlin was promoted to Service Manager in February, stepping into a key leadership role as our agency continued to grow. She has done an outstanding job leading our service team, supporting our customers, and helping keep everything moving forward during a year filled with change and growth.
👏 Madoline Eddy — Sales Manager
In August, Madoline was promoted to Sales Manager, recognizing the leadership, dedication, and results she continues to bring to our sales team. We’re excited to see her take on this expanded role and help lead the next chapter of our agency’s growth.
Both Kaitlin and Madoline have worked incredibly hard to earn these positions, and their leadership has become an important part of what makes Boyce & Associates successful.
