As a special education teacher at Spanish Fort Elementary School, Mrs. Von Hofe has made a lasting impact on her students, school and community — and now, she’ll represent Alabama on an even bigger stage.

As Alabama’s ambassador for public education and the state’s representative in the National Teacher of the Year program, Mrs. Von Hofe will spend the coming year traveling to champion education and inspire others. In partnership with the Alabama Farmers Federation, we were honored to present her with a new Chevy Traverse to support her travels and this incredible journey ahead. 🚗
