Prioritize quality sleep.

Over one-third of adults do not get enough sleep, and fatigue increases health risks and slows reaction time. Aim to sleep in a quiet, dark place and avoid caffeine, ni****ne, spicy foods, and alcohol before bed. Consistent rest is essential for whole‑body safety.

More (and many) 0% loss ratio certificates delivered last week!

Director of Risk Management, Don Anchors, and Risk Manager, Ricardo Fuentes, made a stop in North Alabama last week to present Jim Durbin (VP, Safety) and Jennifer McClaine (HR Manager) of White Oak Transportation with their team's 2025 certificates. Looks like quite the haul from both the Alliance Interstate Risk and ATA Comp Fund programs🎉

Each year, our Risk Managers hit the road to present these certificates to member companies who achieved a 0% loss ratio the prior year. We think is a big deal and love to celebrate everyone's success in it! Congratulations, White Oak team!

Beat the heat.

Heat waves cause more fatalities than any other weather-related event. Stay safe by hydrating often, taking shade breaks, wearing lightweight and light‑colored clothing, and slowly acclimating to rising temperatures. Preparation reduces risk and prevents heat-related illness.
