Title Tip Wednesday: Why DSCR Closings Get Delayed

Most delays on DSCR deals come down to three things:

1️⃣ Incomplete entity documentation (LLC operating agreements, EINs)
2️⃣ Title issues surfacing late because the search wasn’t run early enough
3️⃣ Lender and title teams not communicating in real time
