Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating a milestone near and dear to our hearts:Deanna Royy’s 40th anniversary at Embrace!

We know it’s hard to believe because Deanna doesn’t seem to age, but it’s true. Teammates shared memories of how Deanna has helped them over the years, highlighting her dedication, attention to detail, and deep care for our company. Our Founder and CEO, Dennis Hardiman, reflected on the many roles Deanna has held throughout her career.

From the early days of Advanced Financial Services to serving as our founding Human Resources Manager, Deanna has done it all. Today, she leads our Facilities team, keeping our offices up and down the East Coast beautiful, safe, and running smoothly.

Congratulations, Deanna, on 40 years of service. We are all better because of you.
