Meet Joe LeGallo, Co-op's 2026 Insurance Career Launch Intern!

For the past two months, Joe has been gaining hands-on experience in the insurance industry through Co-operative Insurance Companies' Summer Internship Program.

Joe is from Manchester, New Hampshire and is pursuing a degree in Accounting & Finance at Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and mentoring a local high school FIRST Robotics team.

Our internship program is designed to provide students with a well-rounded introduction to the property and casualty insurance industry. Through department rotations, real-world projects, and mentorship from employees across the company, Joe — and all future interns — will gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and discover the many rewarding career paths available within our industry.

Our employees have enjoyed sharing their knowledge and experiences with Joe, and we're excited to watch him continue learning, building new skills, and exploring where a career in insurance can take him.
