What a magical evening!

Thanks to the generosity of our clients, partners, friends, and community, our Unmask the Magic: Make a Difference Pinky Swear Gala raised more than $170,000 to support families battling childhood cancer. Every dollar raised directly supports Swear Foundation, helping them provide critical financial and emotional relief to families facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis.

Guests enjoyed an unforgettable night featuring a silent auction, w**e wall, aerialists, contortionists, string quartet, an inspiring story from a Pinky Swear family, and countless moments of connection and purpose. Most importantly, we came together to make a meaningful difference for families who need support when they need it most.

To everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and supported this event: thank you for helping us turn compassion into action!

During Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, our Northwestern Mutual Twin Cities team was proud to support the fight against childhood cancer through Northwestern Mutual's partnership with Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Throughout September, the Northwestern Mutual Foundation contributed more than $1.6 million and funded over 33,00 hours of critical research. That support brings hope to children and families affected by childhood cancer.

Together, we're investing in a future with better treatments, more breakthroughs, and ultimately, a cure.

Another great Quarterly Network Day with our agency!

A big thank you to John Folkert, Jason Ralph and Stephen Krezinski for spending time with us and sharing valuable insights. . We appreciate the experience and expertise they brought to the conversation.

We also took time to celebrate the accomplishments across our agency as our managing partner, Hellyer provided office updates and recognized our award winners. Congratulations to everyone who was recognized for their hard work and dedication!

A special congratulations to Lisa Bucher, from Todd Bock’s team for being this year’s recipient of the Linda Lange Award. This award recognizes a woman in our agency who exemplifies empathy, compassion, and high expectations, and Lisa embodies these qualities in the way she supports and inspires those around her!

Long before we moved into our new office, we knew we wanted the space to feel welcoming, inspiring, and reflective of our organization. Partnering with local Minnesota artist Christina Johnson helped bring that vision to life, transforming one of our walls into a striking work of art that now greets everyone who walks through our doors.

One of our team’s favorite details is the group of swallows soaring above the glass ceiling connecting Northwestern Mutual’s original headquarters and newer office tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you’re ever able to see it in person, it’s an awe-inspiring architectural feature and serves as a visual bridge between the company’s rich history and its continued growth.

Christina added the swallows to symbolize renewal, home, and loyalty, values that couldn't be more fitting as we begin this next chapter in our new space.

We’re grateful to Christina for her creativity, talent and partnership in creating a space that feels inspiring, welcoming, and uniquely our own.
