Jozelle Luster Booker attended the inauguration for the new Mayor of Shelby County, Tennessee, Mayor Mickell Lowery and witnessed the swearing in ceremony for new or returning elected officials including the School Board, Judges, County Commissioners, Court Clerks, and Charter Offices. Each took an oath to serve in their respective capacities with the citizens needs and best interests top of mind.
