11 AM Update: The slight risk for severe thunderstorms for late this afternoon into early/mid evening has shifted slightly northwest to include areas of Northwest Tennessee near the Mississippi River. Large hail is the primary severe weather threat, along with a secondary threat of damaging winds and perhaps a tornado.
